Loyalty is the biggest thing to Toki. It was a betrayal that left her as the last remaining member of her family after they were killed when she was just a child. Being the only survivor, she turned to the Mercies to maintain her freedom and safety vowing to hold her traditions sacred. Though she is loyal herself, mostly to Swan, Toki has learned not to trust many people.
